Up to $20,000 is available for buyers from HouseCharlotte based on income level*
Up to $30,000 is available for buyers from Charlotte Housing Authority (CHA) dependant on the amount of a buyer’s first mortgage and income**
* For income levels at or below 60% below Area Median Income (AMI). Buyers between 60% and 110% AMI are eligible to receive $7,500.
** For income levels at or below 80% AMI.
** For income levels at or below 80% AMI.
HouseCharlotte funds are available regardless of the buyers need. CHA Funds are available as gap financing for qualified buyers. These funds are intended for qualified, affordable buyers who require funds in addition to a traditional first mortgage and HouseCharlotte funds to finance their purchase.
